My treatment room is open on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Evening appointments are available on Thursdays
I am home based in Walton on the Naze, Essex. I have been a practicing Reflexologist for 14 years.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists "CLICK HERE"
I have a lot of experience and have maintained my ongoing self-development and skill base as a Reflexologist. I have studied different types of Reflexology since qualifying in Classical Reflexology in 2010. I am an intuitive therapist. I believe that the ability to heal is within the client. Reflexology helps to encourage this to happen naturally.

Mindfulness & Meditation
It is a joy to share Mindfulness with my clients. I share from my own experience of my daily Mindfulness Meditation Practice and my ongoing learning from Continuous Professional Development training sessions, offered by the teachers at Youth Mindfulness, Compassionate System & Mindfulness Connected Learning. I enjoy retreats and classes for myself, which helps me to teach and support my students & clients from an embodied sense of kindness, awareness and compassion.
I have trained with Smartfoundations, Youth Mindfulness, Mindfulness Connected Learning, and Compassionate System.

I teach the Youth Mindfulness Kids Programme for ages 7-11yrs in schools and with community organisations.
Mindfulness for Parents and Carers is a FREE 6 week online course that I facilitate for Extra Support for Families. The next course starts on Tuesday 29th April 2025. For more information please go to the Mindfulness for Parents/Carers page.

Mindfulness Courses.
I offer a 3 week introductory online course
An opportunity to learn Mindfulness skills that may help to lower your stress response and reduce mild anxiety. There are very effective ways to use Mindfulness in daily life that can really help to manage responses to unexpected events. Also, we will explore how Mindfulness skills can enrich our experience when out in the natural world. Mindfulness is easy to use. It is not complicated.
Sessions can be arranged around school term times and within school hours.
Monday or Friday mornings or Tuesday evenings to suit you.
No experience is required.
Each weekly session is 1 hour
Fee: £30.
I offer a 6 week Daytime Course in Mindfulness for a more indepth learning experience.
This course also includes guided Meditations, Mindful movement, Art and Crafting. A very personal and experiential course with a sprinkling of fun, something we all benefit from.
Online One to One Mindfulness Meditation in the daytime or evening to suit you.
