Hello and welcome, my name is Nicola Robinson
I am the founder of "Hello Mind" & "Solely Reflexology" two Complementary Wellbeing Services that offer Reflexology, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Relaxation to support emotional and physical well-being.

My Reflexology Practice is home-based, located in Walton on the Naze, Essex. I am situated about 1 mile from Frinton on Sea, Kirby Cross, Kirby le Soken. Clacton on Sea is close by.

Mindfulness and Meditation
Hello Mind, the Mindfulness side of my Therapy Business has grown during the past 9 years. I offer Mindfulness Classes and Courses online and sometimes face-to-face in the areas of Clacton on Sea, Walton on the Naze, Frinton on Sea, Holland on Sea, Jaywick, Colchester, and other towns/villages in the Tendring area of Essex.

About me
I have been a practicing Reflexologist for 13 years. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists"CLICK HERE"
I have a lot of experience and have maintained my ongoing self-development and skill base as a Reflexologist. I have studied different types of Reflexology since qualifying in Classical Reflexology in 2010. I am an intuitive therapist. I believe that the ability to heal is within the client. Reflexology helps to encourage it to happen naturally.
In 2014 I decided to study Mindfulness, Meditation & Relaxation. I am passionate about helping people to improve and manage their stress levels. I have always used complementary therapies to support my own personal well-being. I did some research about Mindfulness and the possible benefits of the practice. To support my own personal wellbeing, I enrolled on an 8-week Mindfulness course which I found to be hugely beneficial to me. My personal practice grew and I became aware of how much better I was feeling.
I am now able to experience a sense of peace and calm, even in some of my most difficult and challenging situations and moments.

Teaching Mindfulness
It is a joy to share Mindfulness with my clients. I share from my own experience of my daily Mindfulness Meditation Practice.
I share and teach Mindfulness alongside of the ongoing CPD sessions offered by amazing people at Youth Mindfulness,
Compassionate System & Mindfulness Connected Learning. I enjoy retreats and classes for myself, which helps me to teach and support my students & clients from an embodied sense of kindness, awareness and compassion.

I have trained with Smartfoundations, Youth Mindfulness, Mindfulness Connected Learning, and Compassionate System.

I teach the Youth Mindfulness Kids Programme for ages 7-11yrs and the Soma Programme for ages 12-21 yrs in schools and colleges.

I facilitate Mindfulness courses and classes for organisations that support Carers and Families in Clacton on Sea, Jaywick, Frinton on Sea, Harwich, Dovercourt, Brightlingsea, Walton on the Naze, and Colchester.

Mindfulness for Parents and Carers is a 6 week course that will be offered again during the Summer Term 2024

Regular Online Meditation sessions on Monday evenings 7.30-8.30pm

"In Person" Daytime Courses Mindfulness Courses.
3 week mini course or an 8 week course to support emotional and physical well-being, stress awareness, and stress management are offered during the spring and autumn. Dates are arranged around the school term times and school hours.

Online One to One Mindfulness, Relaxation, and Stress Management in the daytime or evening to suit you.
